doTalk event helps large group of individuals and organizations effectively use their collective intelligence to get ideas into action and to address their common challenge.
Business idea doTalk and other alike have supported community self-organization - helping individuals to find knowledge, resources and like-minded for their business, environmental or other initiatives. doTalk session in Baltic Regional Seminar on Global / Development Education and others alike have boosted cooperation and participation - helping to coordinate resources and initiatives of many individuals and organizations with a common goal. doTalks have also been used for development of innovation in organizations - helping to unleash and utilize collective intelligence of a company's employees, clients and partners to solve issues important to the company.
The doTalk co-creation event technology was developed in mid 2009 in Latvia based on belief that we ourselves can organize in a way that everyone's idea, motivation and contribution works in synergy with contributions of others towards making ideas happen, reaching common goals and overcoming the crisis.
More than 60 doTalks have been organized since then with partners and clients like Riga City Council, branch office of Oracle East Central Europe Limited in Latvia, Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences, Latvian Platform for Development Cooperation and others. The length of a standard doTalk session is approximately 3 hours and can be organized for 20 up to more than 200 participants.
